How to add custom Image to Blogger Background
1. Go to blogger.com and log In to your account.
2. Click on Template and then Click on Customise.
3. Click on Background.
4. Click on Background Image - As shown in above picture.
5. Click on Upload Image.
6. Click on Choose File - and select the Image from your computer.
7. Click on Done.
8. Click on Apply to Blogger - Available at top right corner.
9. Now you are done - You can see the change in background Image by visiting your blog URL.
