Blogger is the free blog posting site hosted by Google. Google provide free hosting space with a free domain name that is example.blogspost.com. Blogger even allow custom domain on Blogspot site but for the custom domain, you have to pay the charge. If you are just planning for a start then free domain example.blogspost.com is a good start. Later on, you can change your free example.blogspost.com domain to you own custom domain www.example.com.
How to Create free Blogspot site
1. Go to https://www.blogger.com/ and click on CREATE YOUR BLOG.
2. login with your Gmail Id and Password.
3. Click on Continue to Blogger.
4. Click on Create New Blog.

Blog address is the URL of your blog site or you can web address/domain name. You can choose any web address according to your wish. In my case it was neptivity.blogspot.com
6. Choose you Address
7. You can select any of the templets here - You can change it later at any time.
8. Click on Create Blog.
9. Now, your free blog is created. You can visit your blog site by visiting on you Blog Address i.e example.bogspot.com.
