1. To shutdown : Alt + f4 + Enter .

2. To Restart     : Ctrl + Alt + delete  or Alt + f4 + arrow down + Enter .

3. To create New Folder : Ctlr + Shift + n .

4. To delete permanently : Select file - Ctlr + Shift + Enter .

5. To open Run Command : Windows logo(win) + r .

6. To close any Program : Alt + f4 .

7. To switch between open windows : Windows logo(win) + Tab . (Bonus)
